Anita è dotata di un macinacaffè integrato con macine coniche da Ø 38 mm che garantiscono una macinatura costante e precisa grazie alla regolazione micrometrica stepless modulabile tramite la manopola laterale.

Il display PID gestisce la temperatura della caldaia e del vapore, permettendo di estrarre il meglio da ogni miscela.

Il manometro monitora la pressione di erogazione del caffè: l’area verde, compresa tra 8 e 12 bar, indica il valore ottimale di estrazione e consente di capire se le fasi precedenti all'estrazione sono state eseguite correttamente.
