Informativa sul diritto di recesso

Diritto di recesso (Art. 52 e ss. D.lgs. 6 settembre 2005 n.206)

Il Cliente ha facoltà di recedere dal contratto mediante comunicazione atta a consentire l'identificazione del Cliente e del contratto, da inviare a mezzo lettera raccomandata con avviso di ricevimento al seguente indirizzo:

In alternativa la comunicazione può essere inviata, entro lo stesso termine, tramite e-mail all’indirizzo “website@caffeverri.com” o fax (+39)0163 26080.
Il recesso è efficace soltanto se esercitato entro e non oltre 14 giorni decorrenti dalla data di consegna dei prodotti. Il Produttore non appena ricevuta la comunicazione del recesso provvederà senza ritardo a contattare il Cliente al fine di comunicare l'indirizzo del luogo ove i prodotti dovranno essere rispediti; il Consumatore dovrà provvedere quindi alla restituzione dei prodotti in conformità con tali indicazioni entro e non oltre i successivi 14 giorni. Solo in seguito a detta restituzione la D.C.G srl provvederà al relativo rimborso di quanto pagato. Condizione essenziale per l'esercizio del diritto di recesso è la sostanziale integrità dei prodotti da restituire. Il rimborso sarà effettuato entro 14 giorni dal ricevimento dei prodotti restituiti.

Right of Withdrawal (Art. 52 et seq., Legislative Decree of 6 September 2005, no. 206)

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract by sending a communication that enables identification of the Customer and the contract, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the following address: Customer Service, D.C.G. srl – Via Cesare Pavese 2/a – 28040 Dormelletto (NO).

Alternatively, the communication may be sent within the same period by email to website@caffeverri.com or by fax to (+39) 0163 26080.

The right of withdrawal is valid only if exercised within 14 days from the date of delivery of the products. Upon receipt of the withdrawal notice, D.C.G. srl will contact the Customer without delay to provide the address to which the products must be returned. The Customer must return the products in accordance with these instructions within the following 14 days. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned products. An essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal is that the products are returned in substantially intact condition.
