Unlike blends, made from coffee
of different origins that contribute to defining a consistent flavor,
single-origin coffees are composed solely of Arabica coffee grown in a single plot of land, harvested at the same time and processed in the same way. These variables determine, with the correct roasting, profound organoleptic differences in the cup.

The Single-Origin Caffè Verri are the highest expression of our experience as roasters of the Italian tradition since 1931.

We use only the highest quality green coffee, carefully selected at the source and artisanally processed following customized roasting curves.

Finally, our quality department tastes every batch to ensure the continuity in the cup of the characteristics of each coffee.
