Informazioni sulle spedizioni

I prodotti acquistati mediante il Sito verranno consegnati dal Produttore tramite corriere all'indirizzo indicato nell’Ordine d’Acquisto entro 2-5 giorni lavorativi dal momento della conclusione del contratto. Qualora vengano acquistati prodotti  nell’ambito di iniziative promozionali, la consegna potrebbe non avvenire nell’osservanza dei termini indicati. In questi casi il periodo potrà variare in base alla disponibilità del prodotto o alle caratteristiche della promozione. Tali variazioni saranno opportunamente comunicate da D.C.G srl sul Sito e/o tramite invio di e-mail. Nel caso in cui il corriere non riuscisse ad effettuare la consegna per qualsivoglia motivo provvederà a lasciare un avviso di passaggio riportante i numeri utili per fissare una nuova data di consegna. Il corriere consegna dal lunedi al venerdi dalle 09:00 alle 18:00.

Le spese di spedizione sono differenti in funzione del peso e del luogo di destinazione.

In these cases the period may vary depending on the availability of the product or the characteristics of the promotion. These changes will be appropriately communicated by D.C.G srl on the Website and / or by e-mail. In the event that the courier fails to deliver for any reason he will leave a notice of passage showing the numbers useful for setting a new delivery date. The courier delivers from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00.

The shipping costs are different depending on the weight and the place of destination.
