GENTILE: 100% Arabica from Brazil, Colombia, and Nicaragua: caramel, jasmine, low caffeine.
SOLARE: Guatemalan and Colombian Arabica with a touch of Robusta: plums, caramel, light acidity.

The Single Origins

A single origin coffee is one that is not blended with anything. It comes from a single country, often from a single region or plantation, and tells the exact story of that place: the soil, altitude, bean variety, harvesting method. No compromises, no corrections. Everything you taste in the cup is there because nature and the grower put it there.
