This mixture is the result of a long, long job! The goal was to create a profile that was at the same time strong but aromatic, with an important body but a pleasant and lasting aftertaste, a present acidity but also a crisp and enveloping bitterness. Well we did it, Granbar runs through all the notes of coffee, translating into the best blend to tell our Italian spirit in the world!
Coffee blend consisting of +/- 20% selected grade 1 robust coffee and 80% Arabica, mixed together to give a decidedly pleasant aroma. Structured blend to have a coffee with a strong taste, without acidity problems and with a moderate percentage of caffeine despite the concrete presence of Robusta. In the cup it shows a consistent cream dark brown in color.
