
The Somala mixture is easy to describe, the right adjective is STRONG. It is a 100% Robusta blend therefore with strong toasted notes and with a bitter and full aftertaste. Only for strong palates!
Blend composed of Robusta of Indian and Indonesian origin, coffee selected at the origin with the right residual acidity, it has a full, very strong taste, but without unpleasant aftertaste and with a very pasty consistency in the cup, extremely consistent cream and lasting.
The mixture is roasted at a slightly lower than normal temperature, significantly lowering the residual acidity rate, characteristic of high-strength coffees.
